Whether you visit the credit union online or in a branch lobby, we want you to see yourself reflected in the credit union.  With built-in security and personalization features, It’s Me 247 Online Banking lets you access your accounts, your way and it’s free of charge to our members!

Now you can access ITSME247 Online Banking from any Internet-enabled mobile phone (such as WAP phones), PalmOne OS device, Pocket PC device or RIM Blackberry device. Note: The devices must have an Internet connection.

Effective April 1st we have added Mobile Banking to ITSME247! 

Mobile Banking lets you easily and securely access your accounts to check balances and perform transfers from anywhere your phone goes! Mobile Banking service is free (you may be charged for web access by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges.), secure, and allows you to manage your account at your convenience when you’re on the go!

For more information on what Mobile Banking is and some tips on how to get the most out of it, you can login to It’s Me 247 Online Banking on your home computer and look for the ‘Try Mobile’ button along the top navigation bar. If you don’t see the ‘Try Mobile’ button, you need to request It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking from your credit union today!

Want to try it on your phone or other web-enabled device? Just click the It’s Me 247 logo on your credit union’s webpage.

Try Mobile Banking using our phone emulator!  It’s inside ITSME247 and It’s simple to do! 

Login to ITSME247 Online Banking , click on the ”Try Mobile” icon  and the phone emulator will be on the right hand side of the page.

The phone emulator shown to the right is logged in to your account. If you use the emulator, you will be accessing your own money. Transfers will be posted to your account.

Mobile Banking will appear slightly different on iPhone or Android devices.

Security features of Mobile Banking

• For added security, remember to use the ‘Logout’ button when using Mobile Banking. On iPhone or Android devices, the ‘Logout’ button is on the Home/Options screen. It can easily be found by hitting the ‘Home’ button in the upper right corner at any time.
• If you need to change your password, log on to your secure account in It’s Me 247. For security purposes, you may not change your password in Mobile Banking.
• If you feel like your account has been compromised, contact your credit union immediately. If it is after hours, enter an incorrect password 3 times to lock your account until you are able to contact your credit union.

It’s Me 247 Data Security Update !

In our ongoing process of improving data security for your members’ data, we work to ensure that It’s Me 247 home banking is configured to warn members against using older, non-secure versions of web browsers.  A recent bulletin from Microsoft has alerted us that Internet Explorer versions 5 and 6 are no longer supported by Microsoft, and that these browsers can no longer be considered secure. 

Until now, any members who use Internet Explorer 5 or 6 (IE5 or IE6) have been getting warning messages encouraging them to upgrade.  As of 10/4/2010 Members will not be able to access their accounts over IE5 or IE6 and must now upgrade to use It’s Me 247.  Microsoft offers two new browser versions – IE7 and IE8 – and both are free (You can download Internet Explorer 7 or 8 by clicking on the following link:  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/ie7/ ).  IE Version 9 is also available in beta-test mode – but we are not encouraging our members to upgrade to this version yet.

Other supported web browsers include Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.  Remember, It’s Me 247 also runs on internet-enabled mobile phones, including the iPhone and any Android phone, as well as the new Apple iPad.
