Mobile Banking

 

Mobile Banking lets you easily and securely access your accounts to check balances and perform transfers from anywhere your phone goes! Mobile Banking service is free (you may be charged for web access by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges.), secure, and allows you to manage your account at your convenience when you’re on the go!

For more information on what Mobile Banking is and some tips on how to get the most out of it, you can login to It’s Me 247 Online Banking on your home computer and look for the ‘Try Mobile’ button along the top navigation bar.  In order to use Mobile Banking, Members will be required to accept the Mobile Banking user agreement.   If you don’t see the ‘Try Mobile’ button, You need to request It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking from MSECU today!

What is Mobile?

Mobile refers to the ability to access a website or resource via a cellular or wireless handheld device. Smartphones exist in many varieties: iPhone, Android, Palm, Blackberry, etc. While we try to make our mobile sites accessible to as many of these devices as practical, those with full featured modern web browsers such as those based on WebKit or Opera will usually give the best results.

Not Yet Something For Everyone

Our focus is on supporting the latest generation of standards compliant mobile browsers based on WebKit and Opera, eg. Apple’s iPhone, Google’s Android, Palm, and modern BlackBerry devices. If your device is currently unsupported, it’s possible there is a more modern browser available for your phone, possibly Opera Mini, etc that will give you an all around better mobile browsing experience.

Why aren’t I seeing the Mobile Site?

Our sites will try to autodetect the device you are connecting with based on your browsers’s reported “User Agent String.” Your user agent string is shown below. If you think the device you’re using should be detected as a supported mobile device, please click the “Send My Information” button below as a vote that your device be supported.

Want to try it on your phone or other web-enabled device? Just click the It’s Me 247 logo on your credit union’s webpage.

Try Mobile Banking using our phone emulator!  It’s inside ITSME247 and It’s simple to do! 

Login to ITSME247 Online Banking , click on the ”Try Mobile” icon  and the phone emulator will be on the right hand side of the page.

The phone emulator shown to the right is logged in to your account. If you use the emulator, you will be accessing your own money. Transfers will be posted to your account.

Mobile Banking will appear slightly different on iPhone or Android devices.

Security features of Mobile Banking 

  • For added security, remember to use the ‘Logout’ button when using Mobile Banking. On iPhone or Android devices, the ‘Logout’ button is on the Home/Options screen. It can easily be found by hitting the ‘Home’ button in the upper right corner at any time.
  • If you need to change your password, log on to your secure account in It’s Me 247. For security purposes, you may not change your password in Mobile Banking.
  • If you feel like your account has been compromised, contact your credit union immediately. If it is after hours, enter an incorrect password 3 times to lock your account until you are able to contact your credit union.
